1. Apply and cure a top coat without a dispersion layer (e.g. Non Wipe Top Gel or Glossy Top).
2. Rub the powder directly into the nail surface with the Powder Pen applicator.
3. Remove excess dust and protect everything with a layer of top coat.
4. Cure in the lamp to obtain a durable, mirror effect.
