Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities by individual/region/country.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs upon our sending of order confirmation; payment must be received and processed beforehand.

Supplement: It is possible to place orders without registration or after creating an account. Add products to your cart, select a shipping and payment method, and complete the required information (and optional invoice information). By clicking "Buy and pay," you accept the Terms and Conditions and are obligated to pay.

If fulfillment, in whole or in part, is not possible, we will inform you of your options (partial fulfillment/waiting for delivery). If the order has been paid, we will immediately refund the appropriate amount. We will provide confirmation of the contract on a durable medium no later than upon delivery of the goods.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Returns policy. You declare that you are purchasing for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change. The order price is effective at the time of placement and will be indicated in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling charges, customs duties, or import fees.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment/account details and to keep them up to date.You declare that you are authorized to use the payment instruments provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

The Modena Nails store is powered by Shopify technology. All sales in the store are processed directly by Modena Nails. Shopify is not responsible for any sales between you and Modena Nails. You release Shopify and its partners from any liability arising from purchases made at Modena Nails.
