Terms and conditions of the Modena Nails online store
Chapter 1. General provisions, contact with the store owner
These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules and conditions of use of the Modena Nails online store, operating at https://modenanails.pl.
The owner of the store is Jacek Parduła, running a business under the name Modena Nails with its registered office at ul. Leśna 1a, 44-102 Gliwice, entered into the CEIDG, NIP: 6312224505, REGON: 241238539 ("Seller").

Chapter 2. Technical requirements
- a computer or other device with a web browser,
- Internet access,
- active email account.
Chapter 3. Personal data
The Seller is the administrator of customer personal data. Details regarding data processing can be found in Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4. Conclusion of the sales contract and customer account
Purchases can be made without registration or by creating an account in the store. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the obligation to pay.
After clicking the button "I buy and pay" The customer submits an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email.

Chapter 5. Prices and payment methods
Prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) gross. Shipping costs are added separately in the shopping cart.
Available payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer,
- quick payments (PayPal, Przelewy24, BLIK),
- card payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),
- cash on delivery,
- in cash or by card upon personal collection.
Chapter 6. Delivery of goods
Delivery is via courier, InPost parcel lockers, or by personal pickup (Tarnogórska 1, Gliwice). Goods are usually shipped within 1 business day.
Chapter 7. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer or privileged entrepreneur has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The declaration should be sent to the Seller's email or postal address.
Chapter 8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply. m.in. in the case of personalized products, opened hygiene products or perishable products.
Chapter 9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing. The Seller will review them within 14 days. The customer has the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution, for example, through the Trade Inspection Authority or the ODR platform.
Chapter 10. Final Provisions
The regulations are effective from 28/07/2025. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Modena Nails Store Account Terms and Conditions
The Account service is free and voluntary. It allows you to view your order history and save your delivery details. You may cancel your order at any time by writing to kontakt@modenanails.pl.
Complaints regarding the Account and changes to the regulations are handled in accordance with the principles described in the Store Regulations.

The newsletter is a free service that provides information about new products, promotions, and educational content. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the message or by contacting the Seller.
The personal data of subscribers are processed in accordance with Privacy Policy.
