Terms and Conditions of the Modena Nails Online Shop
Chapter 1. General Provisions, Contact with the Shop Owner
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules and conditions for using the Modena Nails online shop, operating at https://modenanails.pl.
The shop is owned by Jacek Parduła, trading as Modena Nails, registered office at ul. Leśna 1a, 44-102 Gliwice, entered in the CEIDG register, VAT ID (NIP): 6312224505, REGON: 241238539 (the "Seller").

Chapter 2. Technical Requirements
- a computer or other device with a web browser,
- internet access,
- an active email account.
Chapter 3. Personal Data
The data controller for customers' personal data is the Seller. Details regarding data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement and Customer Account
Purchases can be made without registration or with a shop account. Placing an order means accepting the Terms and the obligation to pay.
By clicking the "Buy and Pay" button, the customer submits an offer to purchase. The agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email.

Chapter 5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN), gross. Delivery costs are added separately at checkout.
Available payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer,
- fast payments (PayPal, Przelewy24, BLIK),
- card payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),
- cash on delivery,
- cash or card on personal collection.
Chapter 6. Delivery of Goods
Delivery is carried out via courier companies, InPost parcel lockers, or personal collection (Tarnogórska 1, Gliwice). Goods are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
Chapter 7. Withdrawal from the Agreement
A Consumer or Privileged Entrepreneur has 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. The declaration should be sent to the Seller's email or postal address.
Chapter 8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to personalised products, opened hygiene products, or perishable goods.
Chapter 9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing. The Seller will handle them within 14 days. The customer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. via the Trade Inspection or the ODR platform.
Chapter 10. Final Provisions
These Terms apply from 28.07.2025. In matters not covered herein, Polish law shall apply.
Account Terms for the Modena Nails Shop
The Account service is free of charge and optional. It allows you to view your order history and save delivery details. The customer may cancel at any time by writing to kontakt@modenanails.pl.
Complaints regarding the Account and changes to these terms are handled in accordance with the rules set out in the Shop Terms and Conditions.
Modena Nails Newsletter Terms
The newsletter is a free service that involves sending information about new products, promotions, and educational content. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the message or contacting the Seller.
Subscribers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
