Regulations of the Modena Nails Online Store
Chapter 1. General provisions, contact with the store owner
This regulation ("Regulation") defines the rules and conditions for using the Modena Nails online store, operating at the address https://modenanails.pl.
The owner of the store is Jacek Parduła, conducting business under the name Modena Nails with its registered office at Leśna 1a, 44-102 Gliwice, registered in CEIDG, NIP: 6312224505, REGON: 241238539 ("Seller").

Chapter 2. Technical requirements

Chapter 3. Personal Data
The administrator of customers' personal data is the Seller. Details regarding data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement and Customer Account
Purchases can be made without registration or by creating an account in the store. Placing an order means acceptance of the Terms and the obligation to pay.
By clicking the “I buy and pay” button, the customer makes an offer to purchase. The agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order via email.

Chapter 5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are quoted in Polish zlotys (PLN) gross. The cost of delivery is added separately in the cart.

- credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),
- cash on delivery,
- cash or card upon personal collection.
Chapter 6. Delivery of goods
Delivery is carried out via courier companies, InPost parcel lockers, or through personal collection (Tarnogórska 1, Gliwice). Goods are usually shipped within 1 business day.
Chapter 7. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer or Privileged Entrepreneur has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The statement should be sent to the Seller's email or postal address.
Chapter 8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply m.in. in the case of personalized products, opened hygiene products, or perishable goods.
Chapter 9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via email or in writing. The seller will consider them within 14 days. The customer has the right to resolve disputes out of court, e.g., through the Trade Inspection or the ODR platform.Chapter 10. Final Provisions

The Account service is free and voluntary. It allows for viewing order history and saving delivery information. The customer can cancel at any time by writing to kontakt@modenanails.pl. The newsletter is a free service that provides information about new products, promotions, and educational content. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the message or by contacting the Seller.
Personal data of subscribers is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
