Returns and withdrawal from the contract

Complete the returns form at the bottom of this page, then send the items back to the returns address. We accept returns within the return period. 14 days from receipt of order.

- You have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.
- Send the product back within 14 days from reporting the return.
- Shipping cost goods are borne by the customer.
- We do not accept parcels cash on delivery.

Products sealed for hygiene reasons, in particular nail products and cosmetics, are not returnable once the sealed package has been opened.
After completing the form, send the package to the returns address provided above.
Detailed return policy
Below you will find full information regarding withdrawal from the contract, returns, exchanges and exclusions from the right of return in the Modena Nails online store.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
- The Consumer and the Entrepreneur have the privileged right to 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
- The deadline is counted from the date of receipt of the goods (in the case of orders for multiple items - from the last delivered item).
- Send the declaration of withdrawal by e-mail to: kontakt@modenanails.pl or by post to the address indicated in the section Returns address.
- The electronic withdrawal form is located at the bottom of the page.
2. Return of goods after withdrawal
- Please send back the goods no later than 14 days from submitting a declaration of withdrawal.
- Shipping cost shall be borne by the Customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Please include your order number and contact details to speed up shipment identification.

4. Condition of the returned goods
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Goods packed for hygiene reasons, in particular nail products and cosmetics, are not returnable once the sealed package has been opened.
5.Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- non-prefabricated/personalized goods,
- goods sealed for hygiene reasons after opening,
- perishable/short shelf life goods,
- recordings/programs on media after opening,
- items inextricably linked to others after delivery,
- press excluding subscriptions,
- products dependent on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control.
6. Refund of payment
- The refund is made no later than 14 days from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
- We will refund the funds using the same payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise.
- We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by the store.
7. Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, e.g. for a different color or shade, please contact our support team: kontakt@modenanails.pl. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order or, if possible, as a direct exchange after payment or refund of the difference.
8. The difference between a return and a complaint
Refund (withdrawal) applies to cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days. Complaint concerns the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. The complaint procedure is described Store regulations in the "Complaints" section.
9. Damage during transport
- If the shipment arrives damaged, please complete a damage report with the courier or report it at a parcel locker and take photos.
- Please contact us immediately with your order number and documentation. This will help us process your exchange or return quickly.
10. Forms of referral
- You can return your parcel via any carrier or parcel locker. Please keep your proof of postage.
- We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
