Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the rules for withdrawal from the contract, returns, and exchanges in the Modena Nails online store. In matters not regulated, Polish law and the provisions of the Store Regulations apply.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
- The Consumer and the Privileged Entrepreneur have 14 days to withdraw from the distance contract without providing a reason.
 - The deadline is counted from the day of receiving the goods (for orders with multiple items — from the last delivered item).
 - Send the withdrawal statement by email to: kontakt@modenanails.pl or by post to the address indicated in the Return Address section.
 - You can use our template: withdrawal form (optional).
 
2. Return of goods after withdrawal
- Return the goods no later than 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement.
 - The cost of return is borne by the Customer (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
 - Please include the order number and contact details to expedite the identification of the shipment.

4. Condition of returned goods
- You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
 - Goods packaged for hygiene reasons (e.g., nail products, cosmetics) are not subject to return after the sealed packaging has been opened.
 
5.Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- non-prefabricated/personalized goods,
 - sealed goods for hygiene reasons after opening,
 - perishable goods/short shelf life,
 - recordings/programs on media after opening,
 - items inseparably connected with others upon delivery,
 - press (excluding subscriptions),
 - products dependent on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control.
 
6. Refund
- Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
 - We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of their return — whichever occurs first.
 - Refunds will be processed using the same payment method, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
 - We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the store.
 
7. Exchange
If you want to exchange a product (e.g., for a different color/shade), please contact customer service: kontakt@modenanails.pl. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order or — if possible — a direct exchange after paying the difference/refund of the difference.
8. The difference between a return and a complaint
A return (withdrawal) refers to cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days. Complaint refers to the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. The rules for complaints are described in the Store Regulations (section "Complaints").
9. Damage during transport
- If the shipment arrives damaged, prepare a damage report with the courier or a report at the parcel locker and take photos.
 - Immediately contact us, providing the order number and documentation — this will help in a quick exchange or return.
 
10. Return Methods
- Any carrier/parcel locker (keep the shipping confirmation).
 - We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
