§1. General provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for the purchase, redemption and validity of Modena Nails gift cards.

  2. A gift card is an electronic means of payment that entitles its holder to purchase products and services offered by Modena Nails.

  3. The issuer of gift cards is Modena Nails, with headquarters in Gliwice, ul. Leśna 1a

§2. Card purchase

  1. Gift cards are available in the following denominations: 100 PLN, 200 PLN, 300 PLN, 500 PLN and 1000 PLN.

  2. The gift card is virtual product – after payment, a unique card code is sent to the email address provided in the order.

  3. When purchasing a gift card only no shipping costs are charged.

  4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

§3. Card redemption

  1. The card can be used in the Modena Nails online store.

  2. To use the card, enter the code you received when placing your order or present it at the cash register in the salon.

  3. The value of your purchases will be reduced by the value of your card.

  4. If the purchase amount exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid using another available payment method.

  5. The card can be used once or repeatedly – until its balance is exhausted (depending on the store system settings).

§4. Card validity

  1. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  2. After the expiry date, any unused funds will be forfeited and non-refundable.

§5. Returns and complaints

  1. Gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

  2. The purchase of products or services using a card may be subject to complaints in accordance with the general principles applicable in the Modena Nails store.

  3. In case of technical problems with redeeming the card, please contact Customer Service.

§6. Final provisions

  1. The Issuer reserves the right to change these regulations, provided that the changes do not violate the rights acquired by holders of previously purchased cards.
