My name is Ewelina Kaczkowska, and I've been passionately involved in the world of nail art for over 16 years. My story isn't just about nail polishes, shapes, and trends—it's, above all, the journey of a woman who, through her love of beauty and education, built a strong, inspiring space for other women who want to develop in the beauty industry.
Today, I proudly serve as Master Educator for Modena Nails, a brand I've been associated with for over 11 years. It's more than just a title—it's a responsibility, a passion, and an honor to be able to contribute to the quality of education at one of the most recognizable nail styling brands in Poland.
A Training Center that grows with its students
In Ropczyce, I run a modern Training Center, founded out of a heartfelt need – a place where every stylist can feel cared for, motivated, and competent. It's not just about training; it's about relationships, development, and discovering potential together.
I also conduct training courses throughout Poland because I believe that good education should be accessible regardless of where you live. Whether you're a beginner or already established in the industry, you'll find respect, understanding, and knowledge presented in an accessible, structured manner.
A technique that lays the foundations
I find the greatest fulfillment in technical training – it's my specialty and the heart of all my educational work. I teach how to create the perfect look: not only visually beautiful, but also durable, safe, and based on a solid foundation of anatomical and chemical knowledge. Working with a client's hands is a responsibility – and it's with this approach that I pass on my knowledge.

"Hybrid manicure by Kaczkowska" – my own training
Out of a need of the heart and many years of experience, I created my own original training that combines what is most important – technical precision, aesthetics, conscious styling and a professional approach to the client. "Hybrid manicure by Kaczkowska" is a course based on an original methodology, aimed at both beginners and experienced stylists who want to systematize their knowledge and eliminate mistakes.
I am creating educators of the future
As a Master Educator, I also specialize in instructor training, which is extremely important to me. I help stylists reach a new professional level – not only perfecting their technique, but also learning how to... teach. How to impart knowledge with ease, how to conduct courses with responsibility and empathy, and how to build their image as an expert and mentor.

Styling is an art – and photography captures it
I also passionately teach nail photography—how to capture the impact of your work, how to build a cohesive and professional social media profile, how to use aesthetics to attract clients, and how to build your brand. Because today, a stylist is more than just a craftswoman—she's an artist, a strategist, and an entrepreneur, all rolled into one.
My achievements are your inspiration
I'm a winner of national nail styling championships, a speaker at industry conferences, and a creator of educational shows. But what I value most is that over the years, I've trained hundreds of stylists who now run their own salons, earn certifications, and... come back to me as educators, mentors, and leaders.
