How to use

1. Apply a thin layer of Top Glow Star Dust Rose onto the finished, hardened styling. 2. Cure in the LED/UV lamp – 60 sec. 3. Do not wash - no dispersion layer! 4. Enjoy the pink glow with subtle particles and a perfect styling finish.

Top Glow No Wipe is a gel polish top coat with no inhibition layer, featuring a delicate pink tint. You get a finished effect straight after curing under the lamp – no wiping needed.
