HOLO NR 5 chrome powder is a versatile nail art tool – it works just as well as a decoration applied over a finished manicure as it does as a pigment rubbed directly into the inhibition layer.
- Mirror effect — the extremely fine milling of the powder gives you a smooth, mirror-like finish when rubbed into the inhibition layer, with no clumping or unevenness.
- Dual use — it works as a classic glitter for nail art applied with a brush, as well as a pigment for the rubbing method, giving you plenty of flexibility while working.
